You think they had their lawyers come up with that, "It wasn't always racist, and he didn't know better," excuse?

Normally you hear the employee will be given additional training to learn better, or sometimes they get fired, but I don't remember ever hearing management respond to an SJW race claim with, "he didn't mean it that way. it's cool."

I think it's a nice, possibly honest, response. Nobody called pictures of a frog "white supremacist" until 6 months ago.
