Whatever dispute Capps has with Marty is tangential to the NHL hockey talk war, Capps seemed to go off over something Liberty Nation related, but when Marty Hash declined to intervene and said "no rules", I personally find Liberty Nation to be intact, so I have no quarrel with Marty Hash.

Once the Olympics was over, the entire impetus for the war had dissipated, so the disbandment of the standing army is arguably appropriate.
