Wouldn't be much point to solidarity if one isn't willing to kill, and be willing and able to fight. Which is why most Socialist regimes and Socialist parties haven't been pacifist. Your American "Socialists" concept of solidarity involves liking a comment on FB. For past USSR-supporting Socialists it involved travelling to Spain and killing Fascists or supporting regimes and terrorists who blow up people and/or whose national armies crushed revolts.
