I love it when you talk dirty to me.
Just sayun, if you don't know what you're doing, a gauge can be tricky, whereas the wheelgun is idiot proof.

All the more reason to choose it, in a house full of idiot kids.

You not noticing your confirmation bias here? You're harping about the minority party in like every single thread.

Republicans control the presidency, the house, and the senate. Shit man, check your biases, you're not seeing straight.
Here’s how oblivious leftists are - they wander into a thread about an article urging Democrats to repeal the 2nd Amendment, and bitch about republicans while accusing everyone discussing the actual topic of confirmation bias.

They don’t just live in a media echo chamber, their whole existence is one deluded, echo chamber, set on repeat.
Says the guy who can't stop bashing liberals while the leader of the conservative movement is saying "lets take away their guns without due process."

Echo chamber indeed, the needle is stuck on the end of the record and we're hearing the same lines over and over again, regardless of what reality is. I still haven't heard your response to Trump's "lets take away their guns without due process." Just imagine if a democrat had said that, or if Obama did. Yet because Trump says it, did any of the conservatives here even post a thread on it?

Got one for my wife years ago, enclosed hammer, airweight, she loves it, I'll carry it two. I would like to try some crimson trace grips on it.
I think the same thing. There's so much I like about them, but medium distance accuracy isn't one of them (for me, at least). CT grips or a Centerfire would probably increase their accuracy at a distance significantly. But then . . . there goes the whole element of surprise. It's a tradeoff between better range or maintaining surprise. For home, I'll take surprise.

I mean - I'm not Martin Hash . . . not like I have bowling alley sized entry rooms with high chandeliers. I can hit anything I see in my house with a baseball, so I imagine I could do the same with just about any handgun around.

Except this thing.
WTF?

If the kids get into the shotgun, they watch tv, they know that you pump the action, so a shotgun is no safer.

The tricky part of a shotgun is not pumping the action, that part is easy. That's the fun part, that's the first thing they're going to do.

Per usual, you're all up in here with a bunch of feelings and assumptions and nary a scrap of rationality to temper them.

I'm going to recommend the .357 EAA Windicator as the value pick, best revolver for the money; $300 range.

Little bit more puts you into the Mag Pug tho, not sure of the price, but probably no more than $400.

That Windicator looks like the Taurus 85/85FS. (Priced about the same too)

The SF guy I used to hang with at the FAA carried a Ruger LCR on his jogs. Didn't want a hammer to catch on the pocket fabric if he fired it through his sweatshirt.

Hammerless is good for clothing conceal, but the hammer is better for accuracy, double action pull will make your front sight jump.

By the standard that he's the Republican President of the United States. I get that you want to distance yourself from him, but he's still the leader of the Republican party at this moment. Most of the conservatives in this nation and on this forum voted for Donald Trump.

AFAIK there was no thread posted about Trump's stance on guns, oh you made a post in a thread about it, but the amount of digital ink you fellas spend bashing liberals while nearly completely ignoring the wrongs of your dear leader is hilariously ironic.
Well ... since the Democratic Party is both primarily female, and perpetually engaged in actively limiting the rights of our citizens, maybe what we really need is a repeal of the 19th Amendment. How do you rights-discarding Democrats like them apples? A whole bevy or issues solved by simply yanking the voting privileges of the anti-rights party.

I mean, if your party is truly committed to curtailing citizen’s rights, it’s only honorable to start with your own.
Which is rather funny bit of snark considering what The Donald has been saying, and continues to say. Looking forward to the travel ban reaching the supreme court, too bad we can't also put Mr. Arpaio in jail for his crimes, because The Donald pardoned him.

Want to talk about politicians limiting the right of our citizens? Well dear sir, that's on both sides of the isle. Both Democrats and Republicans do that heavily. Remind me how the patriot act passed? Was it down party lines? NOPE.
