Yes, they were, Osama asked to be used so US troops wouldn't place foot in them...Speaker to Animals wrote:Iraq and Saudi Arabia are two different places, TC.

So, to push back to Iraq they go through Saudi, OBL asked if his troops could be used so that infidels would not touch holy soil. I really don't know what is so hard to remember this?Speaker to Animals wrote:I choose not to participate in your alternate history larping.

He's just confusing this with Archer.clubgop wrote:Wot? What alternative history is this? ISIS didn't exist before the Iraq invasion. You blame America first people can't get your story straight.ISIS as an individual organization was almost dead, the we invaded, destabilized Iraq, and then failed to finish the destruction of ISIS while weakening Iraq's ability to do so.

Not really. I mean. I remember when the Bantu army had camped out in southern Turkey and threatened to invade Iraq before we could get there, but Nelson Mandela convinced them to keep their powder dry in case the Japanese invaded Africa a second time.

August 7, 1990 -- Following the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait, U.S. troops arrive in Saudi Arabia in order to have a close base to eventually go after Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein's troops. Bin Laden becomes outraged at the U.S. forces' presence near the Muslim holy sites of Mecca and Medina.Speaker to Animals wrote:The Conservative wrote:So, to push back to Iraq they go through Saudi, OBL asked if his troops could be used so that infidels would not touch holy soil. Yeah...Bin Laden wanted to use his troops instead of US troops to push the troops back to Iraq... they would start at Saudi and work their way to Iraq, I may have misspoke about where they started, but the fact is that Osama Bin Laden was pissed off, and this is what started what became 9/11 and all shit in-between then and now.Speaker to Animals wrote:The Conservative wrote:August 7, 1990 -- Following the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait, U.S. troops arrive in Saudi Arabia in order to have a close base to eventually go after Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein's troops. It's cute that you are so in awe of Bin Laden that you believe he had enough ''troops'' to hold back the Iraqi army and push them out of Q8. However in the real world the best equipped army in the region (Saudi Arabia) were shitting themselves and called for the help of the US.The Conservative wrote:Yeah...Bin Laden wanted to use his troops instead of US troops to push the troops back to Iraq... they would start at Saudi and work their way to Iraq, I may have misspoke about where they started, but the fact is that Osama Bin Laden was pissed off, and this is what started what became 9/11 and all shit in-between then and now.Speaker to Animals wrote:The Conservative wrote:

For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.
