The whole thing reminds me of the fuss which was made over Ed Milliband's eating of a bacon sandwich before the 2015 general election.GrumpyCatFace wrote:Pretty sure it's because Marco Rubio ate so much shit for sipping during a speech. For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

This is a really good speech from Sessions
One thing that stood out was the idea of these activist judge issuing nation wide injunctions against Presidential EOs and policies was never seen BEFORE 1960! Really makes one think.

Yeah... why can’t we just go back to the 1950s?

Don't know if anyone care, with the whole shitty tax bill being force fed upon us, but the FCC will vote in early Dec to get rid of Net Neutrality. Get ready to be fucked over:
https://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa- ... SKBN1DG00HWASHINGTON (Reuters) - The head of the Federal Communications Commission is set to unveil plans next week for a final vote to reverse a landmark 2015 net neutrality order barring the blocking or slowing of web content, two people briefed on the plans said
In May, the FCC voted 2-1 to advance Republican FCC Chairman Ajit Pai’s plan to withdraw the former Obama administration’s order reclassifying internet service providers as if they were utilities. Pai now plans to hold a final vote on the proposal at the FCC’s Dec. 14 meeting, the people said, and roll out details of the plans next week.

Yes the Executive vs. Judiciary battle is a fairly recent development on the scene.Nukedog wrote:One thing that stood out was the idea of these activist judge issuing nation wide injunctions against Presidential EOs and policies was never seen BEFORE 1960! Really makes one think.
What happened to that other branch; just waiting to curb-stomp the 2 inferior (not co-equal) branches?
I think those fucks got lost at a cocktail party; or maybe a degenerate sex party. But that's just me.
