So, both parties are leading us towards doom, but the DNC will get us there more quickly and with less suffering?Zlaxer wrote:
True....but voting DNC is liking putting a shotgun to your head and pulling the trigger, whereas voting GOP is like shooting up with heroien.

You don’t even read your posts anymore.
LOL
I am sure it stopped fifteen years ago. Because illegal immigration slowed down since then. Or something, something. Enjoy your salsa and cheap potatoes!
No genius. It's still going on today. That's why you had to eat a tax hike to pay for a TB clinic. Welcome to consequences.

Looks like this immigration thing solves itself. As a bonus, you get the anti-vaccer liberals dying in the streets as well.Speaker to Animals wrote:GrumpyCatFace wrote:If we’re extrapolating trends from 15 years ago, then the planet should be covered in beanie babies and dead New Yorkers.Speaker to Animals wrote:

There's no need or use for a dedicated "clinic" to handle a third-world disease. Nobody would go there, rather than a hospital, in the first place.

It solves itself? How is that?
Enjoy your TB tax, genius.

Honestly, this has to be one of the most underrated moments of schadenfreude in a long time on this forum. This guy was just bitching about enforcing immigration law because sending illegals home would drive up the cost of his vegetables. Now he is in here complaining about this mysterious TB clinic tax he can't seem to wrap his mind around.
That shit was funny.

That whooshing sound you just heard was all that money you saved on vegetables getting sucked out of your wallet to pay for the TB clinic.

Not that I know of if anything weekend voting would get more people out, like actual working slobs... which would counter most if not all those that are on the tit of the state/government.GloryofGreece wrote:Weren't Republicans making a similar argument against weekend elections or holiday etc. b/c if would just help illegals vote or lower class vote and that would lead to more Democrats voting. The Conservative wrote:Most people I work with (and they are in the higher end of the pay scale) said themselves by the time they get home the polls will be closed. Not buying that....polling stations were open till 8pm...and absentee ballots were easily available....The while upper middle class voted for the DNC...and I can't figure out why.....I get it...people hate the Donald....but the CT DNC has driven us into the ground.....
To get to a polling station after dealing with the bastardization we call public transport, you have got to be kidding me... people that work don't always, or are not given time to vote...
If you can't figure out why the Democrats won there, perhaps that is the problem that needs to be resolved first? Figuring that out, you'll be able to retire by the next election.

In my near 40 years of working, I've never had an employer deny me time to go vote. The Conservative wrote:
