I’m still trying to figure out the end goal here, and I’m down to 2 possibilities.

1 - religious nutbaggery: either bringing about End Times by total collapse, or Super Cool Communism.

2 - complete, unforgivable stupidity.
I just see tormented souls

there is conviction, where you admit that you beleive in God openly

then there is belief, where most Americans were, you act as if God exists, even if you say you don't believe

the Woke have succumb to being all alone in their chimp brains, with nothing but an abyss staring back into them

it's not about the Bible really, this species just has to believe in something good, feel good, do good, make good

if not, evil is the default in the darkness below, the vicious apex predator without atonement

it really is that simple

decades of being in this virtual reality world has made America feel bad

they feel bad about America, they feel bad about themselves

feel bad, do bad, make bad things happen

you don't have to call it Jesus, but the only way out of this is to fill that dark void with goodness

Americans have to feel good, to do good, to make good things happen

it's like all these Woke people, nothing they want to do has any good purpose

it's all about destroying, tearing everything down, breaking the bonds of family and society

that's not politics, that's psychosis, it's not an ideology, it's mental illness

they have literally been driven mad by the internet, it is a powerful addictive drug, like crack cocaine

You left out they just aren't as smart and in control as they think.
The Biden regime clearly didn't anticipate the total clusterfuck that has happened at the border. Look at their actions. They really don't know what to do with the mess they've created. Unemployment...... they were anticipating over million new jobs. They got 200k. They were smart enough to figure out $33k a year worth of free money and people would say fuck it, I'm getting a job to be preached at about wearing a mask or why I'm racist or how great being a gender bender is.

Don't give these fuckers too much credit.

All they have is full control of the institutions, but its like petulant children are running things.

It's not like we can change the Temperance ladies; there's no returning to liberty.
The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is its natural manure.

The woke bleeds red as far as I can tell, if they want to condone violence, then so be it.

It is no longer at the point where the weak-willed, or then faint of hear have a say in what is going to require the sacrifice of the strong to weed out the cancer of this country.

Those in power are simply looking to gain more power.....all the time. In this case COVID was a gift to them. Trump being POTUS slowed them down a bit, but they were still able to do enough to cripple businesses and gain more control. A lot of what we are seeing now with supply issues is due to what began last year. Even today businesses that have workers are running at a much slower pace due to COVID rules today.

I don't believe they have some grand plan other than to do whatever they think will give them more control and money.

They also love chaos. It provides cover and a distraction from what they are really doing.

That will put a wrinkle in the supply chain.

Seems pretty unnecessary to me. You could slap a temporary patch on there and move the shipping traffic without weight on the bridge.
Maybe stop it during high winds or something.
