There is no evidence that it has happened since.
Now how about you stop making up stories about miracle cures which no one is offering and stick to the facts of this case.
But then this particular hospital was caught doing it AGAIN.

It's for the greater good. Why can you not accept that the "authorities" know better than you??

I have to side with GCF on that, IMHO any court decision about the ending of a life should be by jury. A judge administratively ruling on contract disputes, traffic violations, etc... No problem, there isn't a life on the line, but when the decision can result in the ending of a life it shouldn't be based on a decision of one individual (I don't care if they are a supposedly "impartial" judge). I'm inherently uncomfortable with anyone's life hanging in the balance of a single individuals decision.GrumpyCatFace wrote:I think we’d be a lot happier if that decision was at the very least made by a jury, rather than a judge.BjornP wrote:In this case a public hospital representing the NHS and two parents were in conflict. At least with a jury the case has to be solid enough that 12 (in the US at least) individuals agree. The level of "evidence" at least then can be seen as overwhelming enough that multiple jurors agree the person's life should be forfeit. Such power should not be in the hands of any individual (government employee or not).

How does the jury have a superior position to the parents?
Confusing the role of the jury with mob rule (democracy), and the role of individuals, leads to some bad results. IMNSHO.

Why would you trust a jury's opinion in a life and death matter like this but not a "death panel" of doctors?

Do You Understand The Irish Hate of Brits Now?
As 'Great' Britain sentences a boy to death who is offered a chance at life for no cost to any Brit including the boy's parents, do understand, if not endorse, why Ireland took up arms so long ago and to this day has an almost genetic disdain for Brirain, if not individual Britbongs?
Keep in mind, this is Current Year +3. Clownworld where we have to act, at least, as though we all get along, that everyone is worthwhile, that rights not only exist, but are paramount in theory.
We are outraged at this, but this was a daily reality for the Irish for hundreds of years.
When, you know, the local lord wasn't rolling deep with an armed posse to fuck some unarmed guy's wife on his wedding night, or forbidding you to educate your children, or starving half of your people to death while forcing your country to export enough food to feed itself twice over at gunpoint.
Fuck the (((Crown))). You rank and file Britbongs are our cousins, no beef there, but this poor kid is a grand example of why so many across the globe spit the name of the UK, rather than say it.
Sadly the Irish have their own problems and I make no excuses for the Sinn Fein affinity for Commies.
The Irish Republic should be seen for what it is, a Nationalist country who stood for Blood and Soil against the ZOG Empire in the vein of America itself. Aussies, Canucks and Scots should show respect, because for all its flaws Eire took its freedom, instead of asking nicely only to end up with Queen Mother on 'their' money, or flat out denied like our Scottish cousins.
Memes aside the Irish should be head and shoulders in terms of esteem above Cuck Island and shills for the Great Rothschild Empire, managed by the German house of Saxe Coburg-Gotha.
Which way, white man? Rolling your sleeves up and fighting for Blood and Soil vs the greatest Empire in history?
Or cucking in the name of 'being civilised' only to have foreigners and Jews sell your homeland to the Muzzies, while lording their ownership over your very lives?
The push through Baghdad in Iraq War II: Jewlectric Boogaloo was called Route Irish for a good fookin' reason, lads.
