There is no comparison. Radio waves have a limited spectrum. We can always lay more wire if necessary. The networks have and will be upgraded as required.

Phones? Landlines? People left the shit a long time ago. Skype is free.

NN is not really about technology. It's about control. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

To understand the purpose of Net "Neutrality," all you have to do is pay attention to who supports it.

Net Neutrality

Post by Speaker to Animals » Thu Nov 23, 2017 2:32 pm

Of course it's about control. Who gets to control the internet? Google and Comcast?? Fuck that right in the ass. I would rather the FCC control it than them.

This is why libertarianism is such a stupid ass ideology. No perspective whatsoever. It's like Bridge of the River Kwai with these motherfuckers.

Find some perspective.

We know, we know. Just so long as somebody is in control, amirite? That's your *perspective* -- benevolent rulers uber alles. How's that working out for you?

Bonus spoiler alert: NN was designed by of the Google, by the Google, and for the Google; with the useful aid of the Google's subsidiary, your Obama Administration.

Are you fucking dense?

Without regulations, all of this is no longer free. The same companies that silence dissident speech are going to control the Internet. We are talking about companies that have literally handed people over to be executed by tyrannies. The same companies that shut down email, videos, and any other content they don't want promulgated. These are the same companies that will fire a guy for speaking a scientific truth that contradicts the globalist groupthink.

Yeah, that's going to work out really well. At least libertarianism as a political ideology will be forever dead after that. People will see just how fucking retarded it truly is.

To you I must appear incredibly dense; given that the corporations you fear will destroy the internet are the EXACT SAME ENTITIES that created NN in the first place; and now have now apparently done a thorough brainwashing on you along with the lo-info redditors of the world. Anything other than the Department of the Internet must appear dense to you. My bad.

Fucking Trump, amirite?
