Oh, make no mistake, the presumption remains, de facto if not de jure, in the majority of courts for mother to become the primary residential parent. It's rebuttable, but you best understand that it is there. It's almost impossible to present as an issue on appeal, also. There are just too many moving parts. Trial judges are powerful as shit in their fiefdoms, belee dat.

Now, one area where the vagaries of divorce law WON'T be coming up is in the SCOTUS. /waiting for the nomination.

Get snipped and only fuck robots and prostitutes.

It's not what Jesus would do, but Jesus didn't live under the US family court system.

Some Dems have already vowed to filibuster Trump pick, even though the pick has not even been announced yet. Thanks for not even trying to pretend this is about the qualifications of the pick. It's about being butthurt that the GOP didn't vote in Obama's choice last year.

Of course now Schumer regrets the Dems enabling the nuclear option back in 2013 when they changed the rules to fit their agenda. Funny how you regret using a weapon once it's being pointed back at you.

This has been happening over and over, from both sides, for many decades. They just don't learn. None of them. Believe me that they'll be passing legislation that will suck for them big time when a D gets in next.
Account abandoned.

Nothing like this happened in our lifetimes. Trump is about to set the Supreme Court for generations. This one opening is just the beginning. Besides this one appointment, three other judges will soon be in their eighties, and that includes Ginsberg and Kennedy.. :o

Well, he's building the drama.

I really, really hope he gets this right. Whoever it is, they will obviously be miles ahead of whatever we would have gotten if the election had gone the other way. It's hard to guess what kind of judge Billary would have appointed, given that she would have held no cards in the Senate. I just hope DJT meant what he said about a Fat Tony lookalike.

So much winning. The DNC and Chuckles are approaching the brink.

Seems like a decent replacement for Scalia upon a cursory look.
