Oh, make no mistake, the presumption remains, de facto if not de jure, in the majority of courts for mother to become the primary residential parent. It's rebuttable, but you best understand that it is there. It's almost impossible to present as an issue on appeal, also. There are just too many moving parts. Trial judges are powerful as shit in their fiefdoms, belee dat.

Some Dems have already vowed to filibuster Trump pick, even though the pick has not even been announced yet. Thanks for not even trying to pretend this is about the qualifications of the pick. It's about being butthurt that the GOP didn't vote in Obama's choice last year.

It's hard to guess what kind of judge Billary would have appointed, given that she would have held no cards in the Senate. I just hope DJT meant what he said about a Fat Tony lookalike.
