Elias and Perkins Coie will now face some very serious questions going forward. Elias already spoke to the media on the allegations and did not claim privilege. This could also be fashioned as a possible criminal matter by investigators in negating privilege assertions. However, Elias has already gone public on the alleged involvement of both the Clinton campaign and DNC in the dossier controversy. It will be hard to get that cat to walk backwards.

We came really, really close. The American people made a good choice. Trump is not a saint or savior, etc, etc. But he did save us from having the worst kind of criminal at the helm.

It is crucial that we investigate this one to the furthest extent because this is Deep State criminality. It's not just Hillary, it's the core leadership of the FBI, CIA and probably all Intel Agencies. It's the likely the Executive Office. DNC pays for the bogus dossier and hides the funding behind a separate group so (hopefully) nobody would find out they paid for it.

DNC hands it to McCain who then hands it back to them via the FBI (Comey).

Obama (who was ostensibly the leader of the democratic party as a whole) directs his democratic lawyers at Justice to take the dossier his party paid to fabricate to a FISA court to get a warrant to spy on the Trump campaign.

Obama administration eventually secures the warrant and spies relentlessly on the opposition campaign.

Obama at the last minutes alters the rules about sharing of intelligence and ensures all of this information is widely disseminated and would be used to leak to media in an effort to damage Trump.


I think Obama was smart enough to not be recorded explicitly ordering it, but I also know that prosecutes have nailed other criminals under RICO for much more difficult to prove crimes than this.
