well there are bylaws against that here in the town

but I could out on to Crown land and blast away as I like

I can even blast away with an AR15, that just requires a restricted weapons permit, which I have

I had a Colt Canada MRR, but I never used it, so I gave it to an army buddy as a gift

so long as the person taking possession has the restricted permit, you can transfer ownership to them
