F-16's are packed to the hilt with electronics, the F-16 was the original Electric Jet, without electronics, the F-16 will fall out of the sky, and brand new non VLO F-16's at todays prices cost you $80 million instead of $100 million for an F-35A, so not better, and not actually cheaper when F-16 cannot survive in Triple Digit Ville.
