Well, if our allies realize that we're being led by an imbecile, then they'll stop taking our foreign policy seriously (on a social level), and be much less likely to join us in our foreign adventures (militarily), and less interested in buying our shit (economically).

Our enemies are prosecuted more loosely, more people ignore the hegemony, and the facade begins to crumble. I mean, it's inevitable anyway, but this is speeding up the ascendance of Russo-China by decades. They're foaming at the mouth to regain power, and just waiting to pounce on his fuckups.
