No, the Russian deterent would shower the CONUS, just on spec, but Oregon is in the sweet spot, there's no strategic targets there, but it's really all about the prevailing winds, all the fallout goes eastwards, so Oregon is not going to get hit with anything big, and even though Washington to the north, and California south of the Bay of Area will be hammered mercilessly, northern California and Oregon will be in the sweet spot in between, with practically no fallout at all.
