Don’t use the stock market as a measure of anything, other than faith in a massive tax break for megacorps.

Holy hell, I wish Nuke had archived Smitty's electoral predictions.

Only a Trump supporter can possibly understand the wicked sensation of schadenfreude to its fullest while watching this video. Those fucking people don't understand what petulant children they look like--the professionals haven't lost their jobs, even though they had all the foresight of antediluvian meteorologists who predicted drought instead of Noah's flood. It's glorious, and I'm so glad that many of us got to share the campaign and win together, come what may hereafter.California wrote:This is like porn to meOkeefenokee wrote:

It's interesting how a coercion-obsessed loon like Moore trolls the pants right off of the hardcore commie cultural Marxists. I think it's not even intentional, it's just by virtue of his Protestant desire to bend everyone in the USA to his will, and the compulsion of the Marxists to reflexively negate anything and everything Christian.C-Mag wrote:The Strange v Moore race is really interesting to view.Hastur wrote:
Trump endorsed the establishment candidate - Strange, and Lost
Bannon and other insurgents endorsed Moore the Anti-Establishment Candidate, and Won
The insurgency doesn't seem to be upset with Trump at all.
The polls turned out to be dead on in this race.......... was it because there were no Democrats to over sample ?
Chuck Todd Seems to Think the Declaration of Independence Is 'Very Fundamentalist'
“First off, he doesn’t appear to believe in the Constitution as it’s written,” Todd said, before playing a clip of Moore referencing what is written in the Declaration.
“Our rights don’t come from government,” Moore said. “They don’t come from the Bill of Rights. They come from Almighty God.”
“Now, that’s just a taste of what are very fundamentalist views that have gotten him removed from office twice as Alabama’s chief justice,” Todd said in response.

My question was: Serious question: Since HHS is the topic of the day, if [edit: "I"] made you a congressman, and somehow the Dept of Health and Human Services did not exist, would you cast a vote to create it?C-Mag wrote:Fife wrote:Well, sure, Price is (was) a swamp *creature.* What does that have to do with the *swamp?* Price was Trump's boy, unambiguously.C-Mag wrote:
One Swamp Creature down.
What's the use in sending away one creature, when there are there are innumerable more just lurking below the swamp's surface?
Trump was not elected to play the part of Hercules, and slay the Hydra head by head. He was elected to drain Hydra's swamp. Not only no more Hydra heads -- no more Hydra. That was the talk-talk I heard, anyway.

That was not my point.
Price is guilty. He needs to go. He's a career politician. I know what he did is pretty standards SOP. He needs to go, just that simple.
Never gave it much thought as to what I would do with HHS. Probably bring back the CCC. Make kids get out of their parents basements for a couple years and do some work, improve some shit around the country.
The "swamp" has already become such a euphemism about our true disease to make me unsure if Trump was even worth it all. Maybe having Billary ass-fuck the country would have made people more aware of how much the ruling class is sticking it straight up our ass, sans lube.
Iunno, AFAIK, Mnuchin and his old lady are still dry fucking me and you right up the poop-chute.
Washington’s Jet Set
The current tempest in Washington’s teapot has to do with the use of private aircraft by a number of Trump administration officials: HHS secretary Tom Price and Treasury boss Steve Mnuchin have charged taxpayers for private-jet service, and Mnuchin’s offense was compounded by the aggressively stupid conspicuous-consumption antics of his D-list actress wife, who likes to advertise her expensive haute couture on social media like some kind of off-brand Kardashian.

Re: THE ERA OF TRUMP
Is draining the swamp really possible as long as the federal government continues to play a major role in the affairs of the average citizen?
