If I find it grossly offensive that you express a wish that a lot of weak people die in horrible pain, can I report that somewhere?
Where have I done that?
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

This influx of inheritance money is going to be handy
It should free up a lot of large houses here in the UK as many elderly people live alone in 4 or 5 bedroom homes while young families are crammed into much smaller ones.

If you are going to interpret that as expressing...
a wish that a lot of weak people die in horrible pain

...I don't know what to say.
It was a simple statement of fact. Many large homes have single elderly occupants and there is a shortage of large homes for families. I don't ''wish'' death on those elderly people, that's just you putting words in my mouth.

Hopefully I can score some cheap property then, in the south of Spain
