Then what are you talking about coming to the table and deciding roles like the Marriage Nazi?
Don't play stupid. You are deliberately lying about what I said. Be honest.

I was clearly talking about law and public policy. Fuck off.

What public policy involves groups getting together and deciding how other people's marriages should go? And don't tantrum like a child.

None. You are being a child. Fuck off already. Nobody is talking about controlling other people's marriages but you. Fucking hell. I hate the lying with such a passion. You just lost the debate. Get over it.

Nothing shows victory like a temper tantrum when confronted with what you have just said...
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

Our culture is most definitely pushing women into working careers, regardless of any laws to that effect.
SJWs are a natural consequence of corporatism.

A number of years ago I read a really interesting book called the two income trap, or something like that. It described what got us to this place (or the place we at a decade ago) where both parents working is the norm. We basically had a family arms race where the only way to keep up with the Jones was for both parents to work.

I feel like it has now turned into women growing up expecting to have a career. Millenials are waiting longer to start families, which leads to more women starting careers. What was once done to help keep the family afloat is now to keep themselves afloat.

Just wanted to throw those thoughts out there.

The debate between Milspecs and Partyof5 is getting to the nitty gritty...
That's about how far apart we actually are.... in other words, not very if at all...
I’m thinking of it more as a conversation at this point.
Same here.

Numbers rarely shared in this argument

It has been nearly four decades since the Supreme Court ruled that spousal support must be applied equally to men and women, but courts still award it to women far more often than men...………..Three percent of men in divorce cases receive spousal support, 95% of women receive support.

Women are almost 50 per cent more likely to take sick days than men, official figures have revealed for the first time. https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/health ... n-men.html

The Department of Labor’s Time Use Survey, for example, finds that the average full-time working man spends 8.14 hours a day on the job, compared to 7.75 hours for the full-time working woman.

Women are more likely than men to be absent from work, says new report

The two incomes for poor families is a scam.

It sucks cause you need some capital to pull it off, but my wife at home certainly makes us $30K or whatever.

But part of that is getting setup with canning, and getting yourself freezer space to buy a whole animal or cloth diapers or restitch seems or...
