“Time outs” are a creation of women and men who act like women.
"Time outs" for young children are one thing (when their ID is the driving force in their through process) It allows for a moniker of reflection on what they did, and why it was wrong.
If you use it when the child is older, it is not a good thing, we barely use it right now as a deterrent for my son, but he knows when we mean time out, we mean nose to the wall, hands to the side, and feet flat. If we don't have space for it, he sits on a chair and faces the wall.
It is one of the worst punishments a child can have when all they want to do is move.
I still slap him on the ass or give him a "Gibbs slap" on the back of the head when he does something wrong. But overall my kid is pretty well behaved, we can take him to a restaurant and not have to worry about his behavior (at 4)...
We have actually had compliments on how well he behaves in very high-end restaurants when it was allowed.
All I can say right now is that the majority of issues that happen are because of the lack of balls that men have and the environment we are growing up in now.
