This is a top candidate what is driving record levels of antidepressant use, other psychopharm, weed, fentanyl, obesity, personal debt and various other social ills....
The answer to loneliness is not pretending you are not lonely and "getting over it".
The answer is improving social cohesion.... so lets think about that... The left tends to be clueless about it, The right understands family, faith and flag...
Part of the problem is that loneliness sells a lot of merch.... so capitalists tend to capitalize rather consider real solutions.
Clubs, Community organizations, Local Hall gatherings, Sports leagues, More functional city planning... that encourages grass roots coming together.
But it has to be grass roots...
The State has done a shit job historically with its institutionalized daycares, schools, "projects", mental hospitals, old age facilities...
These are always anonymous, top down and unaccountable.
