For SJWs reality denial can be a full time job.
Well, being a cut above the SJWs I'm sure you wouldn’t rush to be dismissive of these facts.

While black people represent 13% of the US population, they represent a whopping 47% of the 1,900 exonerations in the registry.
Of course this too is spinnable. “black people are only disproportionately exonerated because da system is so against whitey.”

You could also take a statistics class and learn what happens when you confound variables like "total population" and "total prison population"...

That’s not the point of the article. Blacks are 37 percent of the prison population, but 47 percent of the exonerations. One would expect that their exonerations would be proportionate to their convictions, but they make up more than their fair share of the wrongly accused. What does that tell you?

From another article, same study.

Misconduct, such as hiding evidence, tampering with witnesses or perjury, may also have contributed to the racial disparity.

The authors found such wrongdoing was present in 76 percent of cases in which black murder defendants were wrongfully convicted, but just 63 percent of cases in which white defendants were exonerated.

"Implicit bias"...new words for the same shit are fun...Brave New World. How long before mandatory reeducation camps are implemented with complementary brain "rewiring" and chip implantation for the new citizen?
