If the folks don’t have a single friend willing to save them, if no one in their family finds their lives worth saving, if even the Church is like “Nah, fuck this guy” ... then maybe freezing is the answer?

What do you think happens in societies with scarce resources when certain members decide they’re no longer interested in contributing to the survival of the community?
You have no fucking idea, because you live in a cushy bubble world well-insulated by wealth and military from acting in self destructive ways.
