True Story:
My friend, John Polos', daughter lives in San Jose. They have a HUGE tent city homeless problem down there, lots of break-ins. John's a retired Sheriff's Reserve but he still likes to keep his eyes open. He followed some vagrant who tried to break into a house, called the cops, prevented the robbery. The next day he was walking and the woman who owned the house was outside watering her plants.

America was acquired via Title By Conquest. Not ours, the Spanish Conquest, who then transferred Land Grants to Americans legally.

Not any more. Squatters rights don't exist now and you can force someone out in a month if you follow the correct legal process.
