There's several points to this. First it's about attacking Trump wherever they can, the attacks will not stop and even they know the Russia narrative has failed. Second, they are trying to piggyback MeToo to vilify Trump and say, 'See we told you so at Grabbin Pussy"
Third, Kelly is a military guy, and probably very effective at running the Whitehouse. The people attacking him disdain the military and they want to see real chaos in the Whitehouse, even though its most likely running pretty smooth.
