An emergency protective order is a fucking joke. A woman need only go to the judge, without the man being present, and lie. She faces zero repercussions after he proves his innocence (and it should be the other way around), and she has everything to gain.

It means jack shit. Most contested divorces involve the woman making baseless allegations to get an emergency protective order. The man shows up at the court date, proves these are obvious lies, and it's vacated.

It means literally nothing other than the fact that the man is better off with that particular woman well out of his life.

If there's an actual good reason, the man would be charged with a crime. I know a woman whose ex actually tried to choke her out. The cops can see finger bruises around the woman's neck. It's not a mystery. Man goes to jail in that case, for good reason.

But the woman makes up stories to get an edge in court? LOL. No. She only proved to the world that no intelligent man ought to have anything to do with her unstable, lying ass.

No they are not. Where is a conviction? Where are the charges? Were there even charges? StA is right a protection order is pretty much rubber stamped by a court the standard is minimal, it supposed to create space between people at odds not serve as adjudication.
