That's a pretty terrible summary of what the Snopes article says. They don't even use the word coincidence in the article, except when reporting the name of the list "Her list, called “The Clinton Body Count: Coincidence or the Kiss of Death?”"

It's an interesting read, actually. Quite convincing as well. The list apparently contains names of people who may have shaken Clinton's hand one time.
