Where did the report of “a loud noise” come from? Above water? On land? Maybe a torpedo detonated?

Either way, that crew definitely did not die of suffocation.

I read a few days ago that somebody may have tried to send a signal out to a sat network, so maybe some survived whatever happened.

Argies have really bad luck with subs.

I think the signal was traced to some other source. The explosion is the only lead left. If they are dead I hope they went out with a bang.
