It's racial. Even middle class Hispanic neighborhoods in Latin America are covered with garbage. I am talking about all around people's houses too.

As bad as some of the Chicago neighborhoods are, a lot of the poor blacks who actually own places still pick up the garbage. I don't think it's economic at all.

I never saw deep in the South side, so I am not sure about the Latino areas there.

There is not really that much of it. You've seen how many examples in real life? I've lived with white trash before and it's not really that trashy. Really run down and falling apart sure. Maybe some things in the yard that really should have been hauled off years ago.

My dad is from Butte County and I spent a lot of time there growing up. I myself lived there for five years. I've traveled around the country on the road. I've been out of the urban blight, many, many times

Maybe its not as rampant but I've seen enough to know that just because someone is white doesn't excuse them from living in filth.
