Rape is not a reasonable punishment. That our prisons are filled with rape and our society not only does little about it, but also jokes about it, reflects very poorly upon us. Its wicked.

A lot of guys are in prison for having a sugar packet worth of coke or an ounce of weed. We can't just left those dangerous criminals go can we? I would be terrified to even be in the same zipcode as someone who got a possession charge!
