Keep people from illegally immigrating in and remove the more recent arrivals, yes. Those who were allowed to come here with a wink and a nod from the overlords, they're a different story. I'm just going to go out on a limb and assume that not every farmer and their employees are illegals smuggled into the US.

I did a quick lookup - about 75% of farm workers. Farmers and migrant labor
are not the same thing. Migrant laborers are farmhands - they work for the farmer.
