I'm more centrist than a right-winger, but what people call right-wing is dependent on when it was called that. Today's "Right-Winger" would be an extreme right-wing back 20 years ago... and today's "extreme" right-wing would be so far right that they'd fall off the map.ssu wrote:I thought you guys were right-wingers. As an European, I cannot fathom how right that would be.The Conservative wrote: I'm more centrist than a right-winger, but what people call right-wing is dependent on when it was called that. What a coincidence, another reason to dislike McCain and neocon policy
Rand Paul Blocks NDAA Over Indefinite Detention
http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-07-3 ... -detention
Rand Paul’s protest is expected to delay the NDAA vote through at least the August recess, meaning a vote is unlikely until September. While this gives plenty of time for amendments to be debated, it’s not clear the Senate leadership will allow that no matter how much time they’re given.
Indeed, Senate Armed Services Committee chairman Sen. John McCain (R – AZ) was critical of any delay on any grounds, insisting the bill and its huge spending increase are a “solemn obligation” for the Senate to pass without delay.

For some, Breitbart is too far left, because they let go of Milo.ssu wrote:As an European, I cannot fathom how right that would be.The Conservative wrote: I'm more centrist than a right-winger, but what people call right-wing is dependent on when it was called that. Fuck Reagan.ssu wrote:You hate Ronald Reagan too?Zlaxer wrote:McCain's political record is a stain that Annapolis will never be able to wash away....
The long term damage to the country he has wrought is unforgivable. Did he really think he was "doing the right thing?" Or is he really just a hack at heart?
I thought you guys were right-wingers. But perhaps I've got that wrong.

Reagan was a shit in my opinion. He is worshipped by some republicans the way bill clinton is by some democrats. They both were lousy presidents. John Mccain is a fucking clown.
