You should watch what they are watching on YouTube. They are exploiting the algorithms through excessive copyright infringing tagging that doesn't draw Disney's ire in the least. If you let YouTube run these weird shows come up. They are in the presumably curated YouTube kids channels as well.

Pregnancy is another theme that kids often obsess over along with getting shots at the doctor. They are using basic child pyschology for clicks and it's something totally different than anything before.

Almost all of these have millions of views but it's hard to say if they aren't intentionally inflated to make them appear more frequently.
