I see no reason to assume that a guy that owns 3 stores and is laundering food stamp money is an illegal, but the cyber-sleuth seems to have unmasked him. Lets see facts we do know:

1. He as arrested in 2015 for money laundering charges.
2. He is known under various aliases.
3. He has used fake documentation in the past.
4. He is not a US citizen.

We come to the conclusion pretty easily that if he had a green card, it was revoked for a green card recipient can't have a criminal record. (or shouldn't) before he was wearing an ankle bracelet, which means he was under some form of house arrest. Now that he's cut the bracelet, and is on the run that means he is in the US illegally now... and is an active criminal.

Either way, choose what you will, but as the screen shot shows, the Boston Herald called him an illegal alien... so call it what it is. He's an illegal alien, that committed fraud using food stamps, a system that isn't meant to be possible.
