So if you are asking an honest question, it would be whether the vetting being done by President Obama was sufficient. Of this list, 18 were in the country prior to 2001, one entered in 2002, two more in 2009, and one in 2010. The data doesn't show when the rest entered, but another 15 had their charge date prior to 2002, and yet ANOTHER 17 before 2008. There are only 14 who were charged during Obama's time in office who were not documented in this file as already being in the country, the latest of who was charged in 2011. NONE of these are shown to be recent refugees. I'm sorry, but as evidence that the rigorous vetting being done was insufficient this data is absolute crap. Given that there are thousands of interpreters who worked closely with US troops and have been thoroughly vetted by both the military and by immigration, and who are being actively hunted and killed by Isis, but whom we are unwilling to grant visas, I find claims that the worry is about "vetting" to be a very dishonest one.
