The question is will they be allowed to HomeSchoolers, Montessori schools, trade schools, Kaplan, etc.?

I suspect we will find out soon. With the growing distrust of Public Ed, people are going to be looking to get those funds tied directly to the student, which they should be, just like college.

No way in hell the DOE lets that happen.

I have very similar feelings to this guy.
As I say, all they have is all the power.


He puts it in a good way, they are in a trap of their own making. All they can do is move forward, they have to have total victory, we do not.
