Well, if you are talking most influential human in the rap game, that's Dre, hands down. Just saying, the rapping part of rap, was never his strongest suit.

Tupac Amaru Shakur.

Might have been Christopher Wallace, but he was killed too soon, died before his second album was even released. Tupac was only a year older, sure, but he had five albums under his belt before his ass got capped. Can't understand rap, without 2pac and Biggie, and the vacuum they left, when they were murdered. That hole still hasn't been filled, to this day really, tragic shit.
