What Book Are You Reading at the Moment?

Speaking of great Black authors, I am reading Iceberg Slim's autobiographical: Pimp. This dude pimped with the best of them. This is probably one of the most entertaining audiobooks I have had the pleasure of listening to. Seriously, some of the lines these pimps use on their ho's are more impressive than Christopher Marlowe's best verse. Its not a long book, and I think many people on here might get a kick out of reading it. Five stars.

Sounds topically depressing. And too much RUSSIA! haha. No, I love learning out Russia. Wish I would have taken more classes on it in college. I've read Viktor Frankel so I have no stomach for more and longer Gulag narrative. Even those the former was about the Holocaust, you get the idea and the message. BTW Happy Thanksgiving!

It’s time for CME (Continuing Medical Education) units. I won’t be reading anything else for a while except during 15 days in Panama & Columbia when I’ll be rereading some of my old David Brin books, then back to CME.
