I enjoyed the first one, about the German army.

Despite many, many hours of podcasts on the subject, I don't understand Roman history well enough to comment on it. Too many characters, too much time condensed into a single 'story'. I understand the creation of the Caesars pretty well from Death Throes of the Republic, but I don't have any kind of deep insights into it. It just sounds like massive corruption took down the Republic, and spawned dictators. Which I'm watching right now irl.
