Was someone forced to enter into a contract with a gun at their head?

If so, tear it up. Contracts that are enforceable are voluntary.

If someone voluntarily enters into a contract that creates "conduct" duties, so what? Cancellation or declaration of breach are always options if the deal becomes too "oppressive."

I, for one, don't cotton to some black-dress-pointy-head telling me what I can and can't agree to do for the right price.

I got fired from my last job for breach of contract and "improper conduct." These fucking plantation owners tried to force me to wear pants to work every day. It was truly fucked up too, because I wore a long t-shirt that went down nearly to my knees so its not like my dick was just hanging out. You wouldn't have been able to see it unless I was sitting down and why would you be looking at my dick like some fag? I'm so over this shit.
