Now... if MH was like "We need to dismantle the policies whereby government tilts the tables to favor existing billionaires and stifle the ascension of new members to its ranks" - I'm listening. All the billionaires made simply by the government declaring them the "winners" - that's bullshit. Freemarket should determine the winners. Not D.C.

Walmart and Amazon didn't out-compete everyone else by virtue of their merits alone.
A lot of government help (in the form of tax breaks, post office subsidies, and welfare subsidies) went into declaring them winners and keeping them there. That's bullshit.
