1. Business shouldn't be taxed, people should.
2. Business shouldn't be able to hold money, all profits should be passed-through to people, just like most businesses in the America.
3. Profits are subject to Quarterly withholding, foreign corp or not, just like wages. Foreign Corps assume maximum rate.
