The "handyman" criteria:
1. Can you change the filters in your furnace?
2. Can you lower the mower deck?
3. Can stop the fire alarm from beeping?
4. Can you put covers on the outdoor spigots in the winter?
5. Can you put chains on your car?
There's a ton of people who live in apartments, and can barely set the thermostat.
