1. Progressive tax rates that equal the Budget Deficit. (No Capital Gains special treatment.)
2. Import duties equal to the Trade Deficit.
3. SS, Medicare & Obamacare from the General Fund (not from 1st dollar earned) with no cap.
4. Means Test SS, Medicare & Obamacare.
5. Treat all business as "pass through," and withhold taxes before distribution to shareholders requiring a filing for rebate.
6. Make-Work programs required for able-bodied Welfare recipients & anybody who wants a job.
