4) Not at war with Russia
5) Not at war with China
6) Not in Syria
7) Nuke deal with Iran
8 ) Denied Israel ammunition to kill Palestinians
9) Defied the Israel lobby
10) Defied the MIC

And his failures:
1) The U.S. military gave ammunition to Israel secretly anyway
2) The Republicans gave Israel's PM a platform to preach without the President's invitation
3) MIC got the spending anyway through a temporary order
4) It took Putin to bail Obama out of a Syria quagmire
5) Obama's taking Syrian refugees ahead of refugees from other countries
6) TPP is excused as "foreign policy"
7) Hillary as Secretary of State
8 ) No-fly zone over Libya
9) Voting against Palestine as a member of the U.N.
10) Leaving some troops in Iraq & Afghanistan
