Machiavellian Plan to Stop Illegal Immigration

There were 50,000 kid refugees under Obama, who then used “chain migration” to bring their families into the U.S. The President has the ability to prevent that: Obama chose to accommodate it, Trump not so much; he sent in the National Guard as theatrics, but if he really wanted to get serious, here's a no-nonsense plan to stop illegal immigration:

1. Claim an Emergency Deployment of the U.S. military to defend against the invading hordes.
2. Use the Army Engineers to establish an electronic perimeter, and enlisted techs to monitor it. Train military drone techs, lots of them.
3. Start building The Wall as a military operation using the National Emergency budget. What’s a couple hundred $billion out of a budget of 700 $billion. (Trump probably already had this scenario in mind anyway?)
4. More controversial, take the first 100 yards of territory abutting The Wall from Mexico. Cause an international incident.
5. When Mexico responds to having their territory seized, make a deal with them to substitute their own soldiers into the No-Mans Land. Point machine guns at the Mexican guard towers: see a refugee, shoot at the guards (but don't really hit them.)
6. Turn up the gas. Cause a reaction then crush the reactionaries. For example, bait California into interfering. Lefties are kidding themselves if they think average Joe American gives a shit: 60-80% will back Trump. Jail those who threaten violence. Force La Raza to strike too soon; the military is there to crush them. Arrest Jerry Brown as a traitor. Subjugate California quickly.

This is the kind of thinking that end-runs traditional political roadblocks. FDR would have done something like it; hell, he put Japanese Americans in internment camps, and Trump is not afraid so Mexico will probably capitulate; pay for The Wall and patrol their side. It will only take one more refugee “caravan” to set the whole thing in motion. Plus, Trump-haters will be certain it will fail and take Trump out. This is a winning strategy for both sides.
