It's a good point, would we realize we are in a civil war if it was fought on line instead of in the streets.

Add.............
Social Media muting Pro-Trump voices on YouTube, Twitter etc.
I would say pro Trumpers were successful in keeping the pressure up on Social Media to #ReleasetheMemo, which to me is a first for non lefties. The first victory using Social Media as a voice to get results.

Unilever has threatened to withdraw its advertising from online platforms such as Facebook and Google if they fail to eradicate content which “create division in society and promote anger and hate” .
Keith Weed, chief marketing officer of the sprawling multinational, whose brands include Dove, Magnum, Persil and Marmite, said that online platforms were sometimes “little better than a swamp”. He told major advertising, media and tech firms gathered at a conference in California: “As one of the largest advertisers in the world, we cannot have an environment where our consumers don’t trust what they see online.”
https://www.theguardian.com/media/2018/ ... ook-googleUnilever’s ultimatum comes as tech and social media firms are facing mounting criticism for failing to protect children and to erase fake news, hate speech and extremism. Last year Procter & Gamble, the owner of brands including Pantene and Pampers, issued a similar warningbefore cutting $100m (£72m) of digital ad spend without any negative impact on sales .
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

I like this idea.
On one side we have the Democrats and RINOs as the establishment in power, with all the tools of the establishment.
On the other side we have Trump at the top, without a fully willing party, but using Twitter like a wrecking ball.
The Trump base is killing the other side with use of Social Media.

To me, this is Trumps real role to play. Destroying the myths and power of the entrenched media and government.Speaker to Animals wrote:
Internet sleuths, have been wrecking the FBI's bullshit claims about the FISA Process. And they have been fingering and out bad actors amongst these Bureaucrats. At the same time, the Corporate Media has been busier than a cat covering up shit.
