What is Liberty?

An attorney must use the word "liberty" as it will be enforced in a court of law. From Black's Law Dictionary:
Liberty: Freedom from arbitrary or undue external restraint, esp. by a government.
Natural liberty: The power to act as one wishes, without any restraint or control, unless by nature.
Personal liberty: One's freedom to do as one pleases, limited only by the government's right to regulate the public health, safety, and welfare.
Often The Left or The Right will claim there is some mystical power that supersedes or modifies what "liberty," means but then those folks end up in court and eventually jail. So you either go with America's definition of liberty while you're in America or get deported.
