Today’s Music is for Pussies

The music of today is for pussies. The first time I heard a Black Sabbath song, it scared the shit out of me. I was older for Led Zeppelin but it was still frightening. Male musicians had long hair & huge beards; they were unkempt & wore strange clothes. It wasn’t like that during Disco but then Grunge came along: Jesus fukking Christ, I was a grown-assed man and that shit was dark. Since the start of the Millennia, other than some Old School bands like Linkin Park hanging around, music has just got more-n-more inane. Hip-hop isn’t scary; not even Rap. I think Rock-N-Roll died b/c kids are too scared to listen to it.

Nah, it’s all corporate now. That’s why we get pussy music on the radio. It’s written by some semi-anonymous studio guy, run through a production team, and somebody sings karaoke over the track.

There’s plenty of real music out there, you just won’t hear it on the radio.
