I hate Shakespeare.
And I don't care about comic books.

That doesn't mean there aren't important qualitative differences between them.
No there's not; Carl Barks is god; lots of people agree with me, and lots of people don't. There's nothing anyone can point at that can convince another person.
You can't be seriously arguing that the existence of differences in taste disproves the existence of quality.

I thought you were supposed to be meta-logical, and yet you continue to confuse the subjectivity of taste with descriptive quality.

I didn't really like Marvel nor DC, except for the best artists

I never read a mainstream comic book, except maybe Frank Miller

I just poured over the rendering, I usually didn't care about the story

I was more into Heavy Metal magazine, French comics, softcore porn

" existence of differences in taste disproves the existence of quality."

Are we talking quality of the paper, paint and brushes? What quality?

Talking about the quality of art is like talking about wine; total waste of time. I started with the example of how the Mona Lisa became considered one of highest quality of art ever, and it was all luck. Number one on a lot of lists is "Starry Night." Please! Every Frazetta painting is better than that.

What serious person is arguing that the Mona LIsa is the highest quality painting ever? Who is even arguing it is the best thing da Vinci did?

It is a painting made famous from a heist - and made valuable by reputation. From this you conclude that there are no qualitative differences between works of art? You are asking the poor old Mona Lisa do a lot of heavy lifting in your aesthetic universe.
